Ektornet is a wholly owned, but independently managed, subsidiary of Swedbank. Ektornet acquires, manages and sells Swedbank's repossessed properties. Through professional management and development, we aim to recover value for the bank.

The properties are located in the Baltic and Nordic regions, as well as Ukraine and the United States. The range of properties is vast and varies from resort hotels, office buildings and land to family houses and single apartments.

Ektornet works closely with the bank's reconstruction units to create proactive solutions and contribute with property expertise. Ektornet was formally established in 2009 with headquarters located in Stockholm. The properties are managed by local subsidiaries.
