Ektornet has recently signed two lease agreements in Erikslund – Västerås, Sweden. The total rental value is 90 MSEK (10 million EUR).

Ektornet acquired the property Traversvagnen 1 in Västerås, Sweden March 2010. A decision was taken in February 2011 to invest in the so called 'Phase 1' including refurbishing and new construction including 7 500 retail- and 2 500 storage premises which are fully let. In April 2011 an additional investment decision was taken to develop another 10 500 sqm retail area to create a more liquid and sellable property. Total investment cost for the two phases are approximately 120 MSEK (13 million EUR)

Ektornet has recently signed two lease agreement related to Phase 2. Usports is a new sport retail chain in Sweden focusing quality sport production in large retail box premises and lease approximately 4 300 sqm. The other tenant is still not official but is a large well known retail chain in the ´home and interior´ segment, who lease 2 200 sqm. The total rental value is 90 MSEK (10 million EUR). The new tenants together with the existing tenants, MediaMarkt and Nisses (local furniture store) complement each other well. Consequently, more than 80 percent of the lettable area is leased.
