2012/02/01 Ektornet sells two office buildings in Tampere and Helsinki

Stockholm, February 1, 2012 - Ektornet has sold two office buildings of totally ca 16 000 sqm in Finland, (Tampere and Helsinki) to the Finnish insurance company Tapiola. The transaction was carried out as a share deal with an underlying property value of approximately 38.5 MEUR. Finadvice acted as the seller´s advisor.

"This transaction shows that there is a strong interest in the market to invest in high quality assets in attractive locations. Since Ektornet purchased the properties, we have managed to decrease the vacancies and secure stable cash flows in both properties by several new lettings" says Johan Denell, Head of Ektornet West.
